MiraOne Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your MiraOne social account and related data without reinstalling the app.

Use the email path below to request deletion of your MiraOne account and associated data. You do not need to sign in to, or reinstall, the app.
Include your Arena handle, country/language and a user or installation identifier if available. Specify additional usage measurements or particular data you want deleted. Limited additional verification may be requested to safely match the account to its records.
This button opens a draft in your email app. Send the email to submit your request. If you do not have an email app, use your webmail service to write to the address below.
Delete a social account in the app
Open MiraOne → Arena profile → Delete social account. Read the explanation and confirm. Once the server operation completes successfully, the social account and its related social records are removed.
Social account data removed
- Social account identifier and Arena profile: handle, display name, bio, age group, country/language, gender preference where provided, and built-in avatar.
- Friend requests, friendships, blocks and reports associated with the account.
- MiraOne conversations and messages.
- Arena rating, AP, game/reward verification records and challenges.
- Associated invitation/referral records and server-side Pro entitlement/verification records.
Tasks, XP and photos on the device
Daily tasks, local XP/streaks, preferences and gallery photos are not automatically removed from the device by social account deletion. Use Android → Settings → Apps → MiraOne → Storage → Clear data to remove them. Menu names may vary by device.
Uninstalling the app or clearing device data alone does not delete the server-side social account. Use the in-app deletion path or the email request on this page for the social account.
Usage measurement records
Installation-based usage measurements are stored separately from the social profile. Include “also delete usage measurements / installation data” in a full data deletion request. An installation identifier, where available, or other limited verification information may be needed to locate these records.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting a MiraOne account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage it through Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can submit account deletion while separately managing the subscription.
Processing and mandatory records
When a request is received, record matching and account ownership verification are performed. Request status and the expected completion time are communicated by email; a reply is sent when processing is complete.
If a limited record must be retained for a legal obligation or security investigation, the data, reason and retention period are explained. Google Play’s own payment records are subject to Google’s retention rules.
