Appointment Tracking & Business Management provides business tools for appointments, customers, staff, services, sales, cash, inventory, reports and related workflows. Available features may vary by plan, platform and version.
2. Free trial and license
Eligible new businesses may use a 14-day free trial. It is prohibited to exceed user or device limits, bypass license verification, share license credentials or reverse engineer the software.
3. Account security and user responsibility
Users must protect account details, passwords and permissions. The business is responsible for its staff’s use, the accuracy of data entered and obtaining any legally required permissions.
4. Updates and availability
Updates may be released for security, bug fixes or new features. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party services or force majeure.
5. Backups and data responsibility
Although local and cloud backup options are available, businesses should review backups regularly. Account and device security should be maintained against user error, device failure or unauthorized access.
6. Payments, renewals and refunds
Pricing, license period, user count, payment, renewal and refund terms are governed by the contract and sales conditions presented during purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The Freya Code name, software, design, code, visuals and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders. A license grants only the right to use the software within its defined scope.
