BUYER: The person or entity whose details are entered during checkout.
2. Subject
This agreement governs remote sale and electronic delivery of the selected software, digital licence, subscription or related service. Order-specific product, package, user count, period and price are shown at checkout.
3. Formation
Before payment the buyer is shown key product, price, delivery, withdrawal/refund and subscription information. Licence activation is based on verified payment notification.
4. Price and payment
The tax-inclusive total is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayTR; sensitive card data is not stored by Freya Code.
5. Delivery / performance
No physical shipping takes place. Digital access is provided electronically after payment verification.
6. Withdrawal
Where the buyer acts as a consumer, Turkish distance-contract rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to statutory exceptions.
7. Digital exceptions
Statutory exceptions may apply to instantly performed electronic services, immediately delivered intangible digital goods and services started before expiry of the withdrawal period with express consent. Required consent is collected when such an exception is relied upon.
8. Cancellation and refund
Where a refund is due, it is handled within the applicable legal period and without extra consumer cost, generally using the payment method used for purchase where possible.
9. Subscription
Subscription period, price, renewal and termination terms are shown before payment. Fixed-term consumer subscriptions are not extended without the consumer’s request or consent before expiry.
10. Termination
Subscription termination may be requested through the customer account or by email to destek@freyacode.com. Consumer termination must not be made more difficult than contract formation.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Payment providers such as PayTR apply their own security and data processes.
12. Applicable law
Turkish consumer law applies to qualifying consumer transactions. Commercial/professional purchases may be subject to general contract and commercial law instead.
