2. Main characteristics
The selected product, package, licence period, user count and included features are shown specifically for the order at checkout.
3. Total price
The total price including applicable taxes is shown before a payment obligation is created. No physical shipping charge applies.
4. Payment
Payments are processed via PayTR. Freya Code does not store card numbers or CVV data. Orders/licences are processed after server-side payment verification.
5. Delivery
Digital licences/services are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
6. Withdrawal and exceptions
Where Turkish consumer law applies, a 14-day withdrawal right generally exists, subject to statutory exceptions for instantly performed electronic services, immediately delivered intangible digital goods, or services started with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires.
7. Subscription and renewal
Billing period, amount, renewal method and termination conditions are shown before payment. Fixed-term consumer subscriptions are not extended without the consumer’s request or consent before expiry.

Requests may be sent to destek@freyacode.com. Consumer remedies remain available under applicable Turkish law.
9. Confirmation
Checkout will obtain confirmation that the pre-contract information has been reviewed and that the order creates a payment obligation. A copy of the approved contract/order information will be made available on a durable medium.
